About Us

We are a family owned small business that creates woodcrafting from the heart. The woods are so beautiful we use every bit of it.    

Materials Used

All our pieces are original one of a kind. We use several types of barnwood that have been scrapped for waste. Then create beautiful everyday items. We even save our own waste i.e. sawdust and use them for fire logs. Also, all woods used are eco friendly. We only use FDA approved Tite Bond III waterproof adhesives, and FDA approved Watco Butcher Block Oil for food safe, longlasting cutting!

Cherry Wood, Walnut, Arizona Ash, Mesquite, Purple Heart, Maples, Hackberry, Bloodwood, Honey Locust, Red Elm, Box Elder, Yellow Heart, Cypress, Camaru, Tarara Canarywood, Knotty Alder, Sycamore, Aspen, African Pear, Jatoba, Sassafrass, Goncalo Alves, and Poplar are just a few of the barnwoods we use.

Instructions on care for our products

  • Do not immerse in water.
  • Wipe with a damp cloth with soap.
  • Use Watco Butcher Block Oil as needed for refinishing.

Please note to keep your Ohio Barn Boards in good condition after use, you do need to keep it oiled with mineral oil. * Knife marks are bound to happen with happy cutting. Proper care will prolong the life of the O.B.B.*
